The guys evaluating draft picks have forgotten more about basketball than most of us will ever know...and they still make huge mistakes. The draft is a crap shoot. The only certainty is that the hardest working players usually have pertty good careers (Millsap, Matthews, etc.). So when in doubt, I'd take the guy who is giving 100% in all his workouts. Snyder and Humphries had great potential; look where that got the Jazz. Same with Fes, but no work ethic.
That's one of the reasons I'd take a serious look at Singletion at #12. It takes effort and attitude to play defense. Most guys only want to score and make the highlights.
