If we got AG, I’d low ball in free agency and match if he got an offer. People may be hesitant to offer because we just traded for him.

I'm not 100% sold on Fournier and Gordon either. However getting them for expirings is better than just letting the expirings expire. We won't get a prospect like Gordon to sign here even as a restricted. We get guys like Thabo and Jerekbo. Good guys, but not that 3rd guy who might take us to that next level.

In a more realistic scenario, JoeJ to Philly for Booker and one or two of their four 2nd round picks would be good business. Booker would be great especially if we trade Favors:

I think Fournier and Gordon are perfect fits. I think the culture shift and coaching staff would improve both of them, but I'm probably high.

Jazz can't afford to pull that kind of **** with their banner free agent signing. They have to get him somewhere he wants to be, for both ethics and political reasons.

Well if we arent tanking to get a great pick, I guess Ill settle for us swinging bags full of money around in 18/19 free agency. I dont care what we do now, so long as we dont put a cent more on the books than we need to.

So. No to Parker. No to Gordon. No to Fournier. No to Love. No to anyone who isnt expiring next year. Go get 2 Allstars in 18/19.
