As a Magic fan, I look in awe at the Jazz and Quinn Snyder with how they have elevated Donovan Mitchell. Give us that exact roster, and he's a nightly risk for a DNP-CD behind Hood (we wouldn't have traded him) and Burks.

Damn Mitchell has that Westbrook explosion

If Vuc is here next year, I probably will stop watching some of the games myself. He shouldn't even be considered a center. I wouldn't even call him a parking cone.

Quin Snyder looks like a damn psycho

Better accept it but this team will have a chance to compete any night as long as Jonathan Isaac gets significant minutes. His impact just being on the floor is unlike any player we have had since Dwight.

Utah is just savage on the commentary. Talks about Biyombo's contract.... awkward silence LMAO

LMFAO BIYOMBO WHAT WAS THAT

Ingles is so money from that right corner. Kind of funny we continue to sag so much in the paint.

To think people didn’t want to pay Ingles this past summer.

Utah is such a well run organization. What a find Mitchell was. To lose Hayward and still find a way to move up in the draft to draft a star and continue to be as competitive as they are is truly remarkable. Also a really well-coached team. Everyone is disciplined on defense and plays the lanes with their hands up. Extremely unselfish on offense, and they run some of the best sets in the NBA. Despite the lack of a true star talent, there's a level of competence that you can expect from Utah on a nightly basis. I always wished that Vogel would be able to at the very least instill that.

Quin Snyder is attacking Vuc over and over again yielding great results for the Jazz. Very smart coach.

To make it all worse, I'm playing against Gobert on ESPN fantasy

Holy **** if Mitchell would have pulled that off Simmons would have to retire

OMG, Mitchell nearly put Simmons into a retirement home.

Biyombo almost killed someone with that shot attempt LOL.

If I was a Jazz fan, I would be livid with these calls lol.

I'm watching the Jazz broadcast as well. Their commentators are pretty good.

Wish we had a coach that showed heart like that... god I miss SVG

Now that's a coach. Win the game and still hit the showers early.

Can't really blame Snyder for losing it. This officiating team is really bad.

Snyder show more emotion in that one clip then Vogels entire tenure here.

Yeah, for both sides. In the first half the Magic fouled the Jazz on just about every possession and couldn't get a call. In the second half, the Jazz were pushing off on literally every drive, and the Magic couldn't get the call. Not sure why the officiating was so awful.

Mitchell didn't shoot well tonight, but he still impressed me. Vuc got his numbers, but Gobert drank his milkshake. Evan's effort was fine, but he couldn't hit a shot tonight. Gordon and Vuc were languid. We were just sloppy and disjointed all night long and the Jazz outworked us. The Jazz are a good defensive team.

DONOVAN MITCHELL is the new Mr. 4th Quarter. Snyder, Drama king!

Gobert going in raw on Vucevic in the paint with no lube.

What the **** is biyombo doing

wow we actually look respectable against a playoff caliber team.

Isaac is really special. If we can put a young efficient PG with him, AG, Mario, and Birch we could have a great nucleus. Can't wait 'til his offense catches up with his D.

Joe Ingles is nasty af. Can't believe he's the same guy I watched in Europe.

We'd be in pretty good shape if we defended the interior and ingles

Watching Biz take jumpers shaves years off of my life

We need rim protection so badly

Holy **** Mitchell

· He almost single handedly embarrassed our whole team. Poor AG

Tell me the Utah coach doesn't look like a serial killer!

Gobert is just feeding on Vuc

Teams score in the paint on us at will

Utah's court is bright.

Biz may be the most and least athletic person at the same time in the nba

Utah isn't known for offense but their system is so much better than ours...

Crowder's killing it..... lol

Wow how bad were the 2 offensive fouls called on Mitchell and Jonas

Gordon and Fournier shot 4-18 EACH. 8-36 combined lmfao

Getting ugly here, Jazz defense is legit

Liquidate

Maybe MJ can buy us and change our name to the @CryingJordan’s it’d be very fitting

BIZMACK BIYOMBO, COMMANDER OF THE ORLANDO MAGIC TANK OPERATION

Damn I miss watching basketball. After 4+ years, it’s just too depressing to watch them. Between the Magic and 44.5, nothing but misery.

Everybody saying tanking but it's hard to tank when u legit can't compete with better teams because you lack TQA (Top Quality Athletes).

I just hope my great great grandkids are kind enough to lay a playoff shirt on my grave when this rebuild is finally over, and we win 41 games and get the 8 seed.

I’ve been a magic fan for almost 30 years. I’m not even forty. And I’ve already come to terms with dying before the magic are championship caliber again.

Really only scored 80 points

Remember we are in a rebuilding decade

RUDY. MOTHER****ING. GOBERT. This man will win a DPOY soon. Top 20 player in the NBA. 21/17 with a +/- of +22. More like Rudy GODbert.

Best overall center in the league. @ me Edit: ok maybe not but I still love Rudy!

Imagine if Quin Snyder was driving around Salt Lake City looking for you? I can't think of a more terrifying thing

I love the Magic, but I really hate this team. I don't think I've ever really parsed words on that front. Too many egos, too many guys trying to elevate themselves, and not enough talent. The FO really just needs to decide this summer who its main guys are, and mold the rest of the team to fit around them. If that's Gordon, fine, but you can't have Gordon and Fournier getting into pissing contests about who can take worse shots. And Vucevic doesn't even look like he cares any more about the team result; he just gets his points, gets his rebounds, and make zero attempt to play defense or set real screens. This team has some serious cancers.

I hate this team too. Vucevic and Biyombo are terrible, but we all know that. What's disappointing to me is that Evan and AG don't really seem to be the building blocks for the future. Other teams are bad such as the Suns, but at least they have a guy like Booker who will be a star

Wish we could prohibit Biyombo shooting beyond 3 feet from the rim.

So, angry Snyder is the scariest man in the world, right ?

"Remember we are in a rebuilding decade" God damn that is depressing. Feel for the magic fans. Management has not given them anything to root for in a while, but they are good fan base.

Around the time I first started paying attention to the NBA; Shaq & Magic vs Hakeem & the Rockets championship, I remember Scott Skiles, Penny Hardaway.... found memories. Though I lived closed to Dallas the Mavericks were at the time the worst team in sports. I had a purple jazz tshirt given to me years before by my father, who also brought back a bar of soap from some temple y'all have there. We may well have used the same soap guys, that may have been what initiated I into Jazz fandom.

This guy was certainly watching the same game as I was! Rudy had such an impact it was unbelievable. I hope he can stay healthy, these last three games he has looked as good as he ever has.
Thanks again JA. These are my favorite posts on this forum.

Orlando's had it pretty rough. As a new franchise, they won the lottery twice and drafted Shaq and Penny back to back (traded Chris Webber to Golden State for Penny). They name their arena the 'O-rena' in part due to Shaq. They ascend quickly, and then the wheels fall off. Shaq bolts for LA. Penny gets hurt. They recruit Grant Hill in free agency, and his career is stopped by injuries. They trade for Tracy McGrady who leads them to the playoffs, but then he bolts for Houston when he doesn't have the patience to wait on Dwight Howard's development. So they end up with Steve Francis, whose career then collapses. Dwight matures, becomes MVP-caliber and leads them to the Finals, but soon after he bolts for LA too. And on it goes....the plight of a small-market team. Plus they even have the whole beaches and nice weather thing.

Yeah, Gobert dominated as much as any game I can remember off the cuff. Vucevic couldn't do anything with him.

Orlando is not on the beach.

That was funny. And accurate.
Probably my favorite one. I actually chuckled out loud.

They sold their soul 6 years ago when they let the lunatics run the asylum and choose Dwight Howard over SVG (who ended up bolting anyway). They went from averaging 55 wins per year to about 30 wins literally in the turn of one full season.

I have no sympathy for them.
