I’d be fine with getting Booker, but I’m not sure that he’s a great fit personality wise (similar to Lyles in that regard) and I’m not sure that the Jazz should go all in to get him cost wise when they are building around Rudy/Donovan.With some defensive training, a new scheme, a new role, a big giant 7'2'' guy behind him, and a new-found hope to succeed in the playoffs, Booker could easily be Klay Thompson..
But just to clarify, you don't want a 25 ppg scorer, that is also younger than Donovan Mitchell, and IMO still plenty young enough to be molded into whoever you want him to be ? Cool.
Think they’re better off looking for a dominant 4 and/or wing player. Rubio/Mitchell/Exum and even Jingles should get the job done at guard in the near future.
Can’t see Booker getting out of Phoenix anytime soon. Better to focus on more realistic targets like PG13 or Anthony Davis.
