It’s crazy how things change so quickly. I thought no team will challange warriors this year before season began. look at the league now. it’s so crazy

Wet dream playoff scenario

First Round
- The 3rd seeded Jazz take care of business
- The 7th seeded Spurs upset the 2nd seeded wounded Warriors
- The 1st seeded Rockets advance

Second Round
- The students (Quin and DL) defeat their past teachers as the Jazz send the Spurs packing
- The Rockets advance again

WCF
- The Jazz do what the Jazz always do in the playoffs. They beat CP3 and they beat the Rockets. Shocking the basketball world.

Out East
- LeBron and the Cavs get bounced due to their poor defense and inability to find a second player who can step up like Kyrie did in years past.
- The Celtics also fall without Kyrie or Haywood.

Finals
Jazz vs Raptors or 76ers
The Jazz win the championship and complete their epic turnaround season. From 11th in the west all the way to the only team standing.

And the thing is that isn't THAT farfetched. I think that the common NBA fan is positive that the Finals will be Warriors/Rockets vs Cavs and that nothing else is possible. But none of those teams are invincible. Nowhere near it, in fact.

Don't dare hope for a win in Portland, but hoping. Not going to be too disappointed with a loss, tbh. The win against the W's was amazing. They may hot have had Curry, but they still started everyone else. And Utah just gave them a Grade A *** kicking from the opening tip-off.

Jazz crushed them!!!! Yeah yeah no Curry. No Jazz player played over 28 minutes. Durant played 29 and Thompson played. Jazz are 3-1 against them this season.

Are y'all ready for a killer night!!!!!

Jazz @ Blazers
Grizzlies @ Thunder
Nuggets @ Wolves
Spurs @ Pelicans

Only bolded two games as they are the key ones to keep an eye on.

If the Jazz win they are the 3rd seed. If they lose they land anywhere from 4-6 depending on the other outcomes. Now, if the Thunder beat Memphis than it will be Jazz/OKC in round 1 regardless of whether the Jazz win or lose. They are the team I want to face the least. If they lose than one of the other 5 listed above becomes our opponent and I'd rather face who ever it is.

So, a Jazz win and Thunder loss. That is the key IMO.

After seeing last night, what are the odds OKC tanks tonight?

Something I'm curious on. Read a few folks say that the Jazz are another scorer away from contention. I'm curious if Ricky is actually fulfilling that role. Since February, he's been averaging 16.0, 15.6, and 17.0 in those three months, with more than adequate FG%, 3P%, and EFG%. Between him, Jingles, and Favs, that's suddenly a lot of firepower to run along side Mitchell and Goberts.

I think Rubio's current scoring is one of the reasons the Jazz are the best western team outside of HOU/GSW. But Jazz need a scoring 6th man. Maybe we get one for Burks this next season?
