I found 2 five dollar poker chips and 1 one dollar poker chip from the rainbow casino in Wendover.
I have had them ever since.

Tomorrow night I go to Wendover (this will be the first overnight for our daughter without either parent. Hopefully all goes well with the grandparents. And they will watch our dog too) with my wife to see the 311 concert and then stay in the casino hotel with 2 other couples....... anywho, I’m gonna take those chips from my grandma and bet them on the Jazz for good luck!

good luck with the bet...hopefully you can use the chips, most casinos regularly change-out their chips...if not current they might exchange them, especially at that amount :-)...go Jazz!!!

I'm like, "damn I like good seats, I even pay for them once in a while", he's like "well I might be able to get something good", I'm like, "sweet!", he's like, "let me make a call".

So I just texted him the photo above of the arena and he texts me back... "my buddy has tix and is going to call me in 30 min". So I'm like...

THUNDER ARE GOING HOME!!!

I don't deserve this for picking the Thunder in 6.

I'd like to see Spida go right at Steven Adams and attack the rim hard. See if he can jam it in his face or set up one of our bigs. He just needs to curl off a pick and get some runway.

Adams will probably play a bit conservatively to try to avoid fouls. Mitchell should force him to make defensive plays.
 
nothing to do this arvo been stood up by the woman, time to watch game 2 again. although looks like i've scored tickets to doug stanhope tonight so things are are looking up.
 
True story. Out on a family activity tonight, I surprisingly ran into Quin Snyder. Shook his hand, wished him good luck, and told him how much fun this team is this season. He said "thank you, yes, it's a special group of guys." He couldn't have been nicer, but also cool.
