Sorry Jazz fans – Ben is the NBA Rookie of the Year

Congrats to Simmons. Such a great job losing to the Celtics scoring an entire single point by himself and posting a -23 in the plus minus stat. Such an efficient player!!!!!! Ben watching the highlight reel all night when he scored his one and only point. How does he do it!!!?

I think it's more reasonable to say you're the one losing your mind here, not me.

I mean you can not judge a player / team on a 2 games sample. Using your creteria the Atlanta Hawks (Worst team in the east) must be better than the Jazz because the jazz lost all its games against the hawks this regular season.

He can't shoot to save his life. And that's a full season sample. He'll be continually shut down by good defenses in the playoffs because he's a one trick pony. Everybody knows what he's doing and when he's doing it. Outside 13 feet 100% pass. Play passing lanes. Inside 13 feet he might shoot. Don't let him get to his preferred spots and it's wrap. He's locked up.

So you said Ben can't shoot but his Field goal % this regular season is 54% which is excellent.
Many people said mitchell can shoot, but his field goal % this regular season is only 43 %, which is awful. How does this work?
