You have, what I'd imagine, a middle aged dude from Wyoming opinion on the matter.
What's wrong with a middle-aged Wyoming dude's opinion? Isn't it as valuable as some metrosexual teenager from San Fran?

Do you have something you'd like to get off you chest... or lower back?Plenty of squeaky clean, excellent people with tattoos. You don't need to avoid tats to be a game ambassador. You're thinking way too old school on this.
Although, I would caution him against a lower back tattoo.
I must not be pretty much everybody. And a bunch of people hate LeBron. You know who didn't have tattoos and was loved by pretty much everybody? MJ and Pippen.
I must not be pretty much everybody.
It makes me uncomfortable that you know what's up his ying yang. Please don't share why you know this.LeBron is probably the greatest ambassador to the game and has tattoos up the ying yang.

Better his ying yang than his chode or no?It makes me uncomfortable that you know what's up his ying yang. Please don't share why you know this.
Middle aged guy from Wyoming here
Seriously. **** those guys.
I'm currently in Cody. Spent the night, last night in Lander. Cool people.Middle aged guy from Wyoming here
I hate Michael Jordan with a passion, but I can't deny that most of the basketball world adores him. Even non-basketball people like him. It's not because he has no tattoos but because he was an icon. I think more people are turned away by sleeves and over the top tattoos than people are drawn to it.
I think Mitchell has the game and personality to be a face for the NBA. If he emerges as that guy, it is fantastic for our brand. And in my personal, humble opinion, I think a "tattoo-less" star can go farther in terms of reaching more people. It should be irrelevant, but it's true.
No. No it is not. What's wrong with a middle-aged Wyoming dude's opinion? Isn't it as valuable as some metrosexual teenager from San Fran?
Said Carolina Jazz fan never.People love Lebron. People's love for a player is not related to the presence of tattoos...
I've actually wanted to suggest this comp on here before but didn't because I knew how it would be received here, as people don't like him. I also heard Jet on TNT bring up the Mitch Richmond comp, not sure I see that though.http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/23436230/what-donovan-mitchell-allen-iverson-comps-mean-jazz-nba
ESPN just made a pretty interesting article, basically saying we are a rich man's 76ers of the Iverson era, with Mitchell. Moreover, Mitchell has uncannily similar statistics to Iverson, and is in pretty good territory regarding his usage rate as a rookie and projected career outlook. Nice read. Haven't seen it posted here yet.
Personally, its as good a comp as any in my opinion. He's my favorite none jazz playerLocke has suggested this a few times. I can see it but I think some other comps are better, with none being entirely spot on.
So does the ink go into his brain? I'm pretty sure 98% of NBA players have tats. This isn't the 50's. Do you just assume anyone with a tat is bad news ??The dynamic between Mitchell and Gobert does remind me of Iverson and Mutombo. However, Mitchell and Iverson are very different both on and off the court.
Does anybody else really hope that Mitchell stays tattoo free? I like his squeaky clean image. He could be a massive ambassador for the game if he keeps his humble, clean approach.

If he got hepatitis, then yes, the effects could be felt by his brain. So does the ink go into his brain? I'm pretty sure 98% of NBA players have tats. This isn't the 50's. Do you just assume anyone with a tat is bad news ??
Nothing wrong with your opinion. Donovan doesn’t have a tattoo on his body right now. I doubt he’s going to go wild, but if he gets some it is nothing that affects him/his image. The kid is pure gold, he’s an amazing kid and I think he always will be and will never lose himself. Even if Donovan wasn’t the super star he’s obviously turning into, he’s so damn loveable and a sleeve of tattoos doesn’t change that. What's wrong with a middle-aged Wyoming dude's opinion? Can we just attribute this to Lopo being Lopo and realize every state has its idiots? How is this a Utah thing. I've always considered Looo a little bit weird and eccentric like that crazy cat lady u see on the simpsons tv show.
