I dunno if being angry is a good look for him. Wouldn't you want a supreme court judge to be stable and in control rather than getting angry at a simple question? The senator wasn't even attacking him.

He is also human. This is an attack against him. I think being composed as a justice is a completely set of circumstances. It will be interesting to see what happens next. This whole thing is a giant ***********.

this women wasn't raped, it was "attempted" see claims.. I work with a bunch of therapist and though it's not professional I guarantee you they'd ask for the name and like I said, even if they don't give a name a hotline call is required.

Doesn’t have to be. Plenty of other judges to choose from. Why are republicans so set on Kavanaugh?

He said early on that he welcomed an investigation by the FBI. When asked why he didn't demand one, he was stating that it was up to the committee to decide how to investigate. I see him as an upset father and husband, whether he did it or not, he will be labeled with it forever. If you were accused of this, how composed would you be in a hearing if you had not done what was alleged? I'd be pretty upset too. So I don't think that is a deciding factor either way. I don't think he sounds guilty, but that doesn't mean he is innocent.

If you're innocent why would you not demand one then to prove your innocence? It 'seems' to me like he's just dodging the investigation on a technicality.

Senate has things to move on to yet they are dragging all this stuff out at the very last minute, why didn't they do this weeks ago? Claimed she was scared of planes is why she didn't come sooner yet she flies all the time?? Doesn't add up.

Well for one, he knows what everyone knows: If this drags on for a long time, then the composition of the House and Senate may keep him off the Sup. Ct. Honestly, what do you think an investigation from an unknown location at an unknown time is going to cover? And do you really think the Senate democrats haven't been investigating all of these allegations since July? If someone knew something (other than perhaps Judge if he was complicit) wouldn't all this coverage make them come forward to back up Ford? And how is he dodging anything? He doesn't have any decision making on what is done. Now if you want to blame Trump for refusing to investigate, I'm on board.

I personally would like to see the investigation, but I can understand why he hasn't pushed for it. It's all political.

Ford almost had to apologize to the senate judiciary for reporting her sexual assault.

Meanwhile, Kavanaugh rants angrily and seems offended at the mere question of his guaranteed lifetime appointment being questioned.

When everything is said and done here, this might be the pastime impression I have. Rich white dudes can do and say whatever the hell they want.

Dumbest excuse of all time. Republicans kept the Scalia seat open for 400+ days. We can wait a little longer to investigate Kavanaugh.
