Reasons to vote conservative

I guess you agree with rolling back environmental regulations and turning over National Parks for development? Pipelines make America great and also pollute our water. Coal is good for your lungs. And Global Warming is a fait complit, so why bother with cutting back on use of fossil fuels. And it's ok for the President to be a racist, misogynist, and encourage right-wing wackos to shoot people.

The environment is just fine. The regulations I've seen fixed were good fixes. I'm guessing you havent read any of them yourself, or an analysis of why changes were made to certain individual requirements. I have and the changes were good.

Probably dont post terrible sources for information if you want to convince people of something. When you post fox news or daily wire among other things it makes me assume you dont know how to decipher information or have bought so far into propaganda that its impossible to have a meaningful discussion with.

Here is the main reason to vote Democrat this election. The majority of Americans dont support Trump. So we should use our ability to vote to take some of his power away so he doesnt have the majority in the house or senate.

Sorry Ron but this is just dumb. The mainstream media is 92% negative on Pres. Trump. There is very little truth there. If there is truth it is slanted and distorted. So much good is omitted and ignored. Do you even read the articles I post? The people that post them are just as reasonable and professional as your "sources".

You will miss out on a lot of great information if you close your mind and immediately dismiss it.

If you want to be more specific and cite the changes and why they're good, have at it. I only know the general philosophy of what the EPA is doing and some of the noxious things it is proposing, which aren't good.

Found a great article in National Geographic which was just updated two days ago:

I just quickly scanned it, so will need time to read it later.

I read some of them and they are not news or good information. They purposefully deceive people into thinking they are news but they leave out information purposely, interject opinions in the middle of news, and use other poor news tactics. The vast majority of news is decent quality. News reporters in general do a great job of trying to simply report the information without giving their opinions or trying to make the reader think something. Maybe a lot of news about Trump is negative because most Americans are negative about him and do not like him. Generally news gravitates towards stories that people are reading. That is why every election the papers have reported more on the candidate that wins because more people support that person. Also Trump has done a lot of really negative things. So there is a lot to report on.

Most of Trumps tweets are negative so I guess he is feeding into the negative media reports on Trump...

Until the Trumpists are sacked, no other issue matters. First we correct course and get off this horrible anti-immigrant bandwagon and back on the globalist internationalist path, then we'll talk about 'issues' like the economy and what not.

Personally I think one issue people have with "media" is that they watch shows on CNN or whatever channel for their news and cant decipher the difference between when they are reporting the news or when they have people just giving opinions. Thats what separates some of those sources from places like Fox news. Fox news also does the news sections and the opinion sections but when they do the news they interject opinions in the middle of it and also have an agenda while reporting it.

Personally I dont watch the news or news segments with opinions. I find CNN to be bleh news and would never sit and watch that. But I also never watch the news I only read it. I am too impatient to watch news.

In other words, you dont know ****.

That Nat Geo article, big whoop on throwing these dumb *** kid lawsuits against the US government over climate change out of court. Good riddance, thanks for wasting taxpayer dollars ya little brats.

I've read the actual NHTSA paper, not just articles about it. The fanatical faction of our news made a big deal out of Trump acknowledging 7 degree temp rise. Not really important, but the executive controlled institution needed a baseline to compare the difference to. They used the IPCC V model forcast. Guess what, Trump's changes amount to three ten thousandths of one degree Celsius on top of 3.48 projected. So, 3.483 (from shoddy, inaccurate modeling guesswork) instead from his CAFE changes.

Air standard regulations moved from health-based to control availability/feasibility-based a long time ago. I dont know what getting rid of that advisory panel will do anyway, other than reduce cost. New standards (NAAQS) will still be health based standards. Getting rid of that board doesn't change that.

I wouldn't say that ... I have yet to read the whole article. But you think it's a good idea to appoint a Coal Industry lobbyist as head of the EPA? I'd say there's a conflict of interest. The guy who resigned had connections to the fossil fuel industry. You think the Pipeline is a good idea, as well as all the fracking going on? Why did he renounce the Paris Agreement?

Just remember to watch those campaign ads about the filthy brownies before you cast your votes. Don't let the Nazis fool you with talks about the economy and how anti-Nazis protesters are just as bad as the Nazis themselves. Don't be an idiot Vote to take your country back from the people we lost 500 thousand men fighting.

You are an interesting dude Alfalfa. Do you get a nickle every time you say Nazi?

I think it's important to call people for what they are. Don't pretend that your love for Trump is not primarily because of his racism. No person with any shred of decency would vote for those pricks. Regardless of the unemployment numbers.

Anyone who is serious about stopping illegal immigration would be jailing the Americans who hire them

Hard stop.

"Antifa is just as bad as the Nazis they're protesting".

-Said nobody ever who's not a Nazi

I thought it was hilarious when he appointed Scott Pruitt. What's your hard on for coal anyway? It's already going away. If you dont believe me then call the power plants in Utah, or pick up a newspaper.

Here's the thing. We all grew up thinking getting away from fossil fuels was a good idea. Clean air, clean water, national parks and refuges, all great. And then we were introduced to the Sierra Club and all these radicals and their obstructionist methods. Total turn off. Cap and trade for example, great idea. That worked out really well for our acid rain problem. The west had to pay unnecessarily for an eastern problem (just like we do with mercury today) but in general it was great. But then comes along the global warming alarmists with their sensationalized devastation promotions and again total turn off to cap and trade.
