Strength of schedule

Hey all, I am not sure how to take this but I googled "NBA strength of schedule" and this site popped up:

Based on this we have had not only the hardest starting schedule but we aren't even close to the second hardest schedule in the league. Crazy!!!

I was listening to Locke's podcast last night and was about to post something in that order.

I remember that in some post in the preseason a lot of people were agreeing that our schedule was so brutal that if we made it into January with a .500 record, the Jazz would be fine.

It is easier to say that in the preseason than after losses. I still believe the Jazz will be around 50 wins come playoff time.

I'm just tired of getting 1 home game then hitting the road for multiple roadies. That is garbage scheduling.

Who said anything about 60? I’m just saying 50 is settling imo.

After the Orlando game we have 5 tough games (Houston, GS, Portland, OKC, Portland). After that, our schedule gets SO MUCH EASIER.

Sagarin power rankings adjust for schedule strength. They have the Jazz as 4th best team in the West.

No need to panic, these things balance out.

That said, we are 2-8 against top 10 teams and that needs to improve.

The schedule has definitely been brutal. I don't see at as an excuse but a fact at this point. I still think we have a chance to be a top 4 team and get home court in the first round. Once the schedule gets easier we are going to win a ton of games.
