If we get Conley, we have to pick up Favors’ option because one of the only ways we can add anything else to the team over the next year is using his salary. Unless Niko takes the MLE, I don’t see where this goes.
Sounds like just Rubio, they want a pick too.Perhaps Memphis wants both Rubio and Exum.

I just looked at the espn trade machine. It did work.what else was part of the deal? i don't think salaries match
We get an all star caliber player who fits the team perfectly and wouldn't overshadow Mitchell. If we get Conley, we have to pick up Favors’ option because one of the only ways we can add anything else to the team over the next year is using his salary. I see... I think straight expirings is fair. I just don’t think he fits the timeline of this team and I am very much team DM is a PG.
He's top 5 most efficient point guards in the NBA. He also puts up 20 a night. The difference is massive. My concern is he doesn’t fit the time line, and I’m assuming we can’t add another star after that. I don’t see Conley as a third star, other then just an upgrade. He doesn’t really move the needle as far as our ability to compete in the west. I don’t think he gets us to the third round of the western playoffs even. I don’t get this kind of move
I know this was posted, but it’s still beautiful
Why?The problem is, is that Conley can’t be our only move.
Stop. There is no fit whatsoever, and he has a player option for $20+ millionand Gasol
kyrie actually say that?
