Netflix recs?

Yep. Considering starting it all over again as I have a snow day tomorrow.

Episode 5 is the best episode imo too fwiw.
Is 5 the one when rust is undercover in the ghetto robbing them dudes?

I loved the episode when they went to that hidden meth house and rescued those kids and then Marty shot that handcuffed dude and so they had to fabricate a story of what happened.

And the episode when Alexandra D shows her D's and booty.

And every scene that rust is getting interrogated with those 2 FBI guys.

And the scene in the storage garage when Marty sees that horrible video.

No that’s the end of 4.

5 starts in the bar. Ginger has set up an appt for Rust to meet this dude to try to hook him up so far as a major drug pipeline. “And I don’t like your face. Makes me wanna do things to it.” That guy. Great little character. Then it shifts to Reggie Ledoux’s place which might be my favorite scene in the series. Ledoux on the ground talking crazy. “What is that Nietzsche, shut the **** up.” They have to stage the scene. And then by the end of the episode we learn that in present day, the two black detectives think Rust may be the “bad guy.”

Watching BM: Bandersnatch. Really like this choosing ****.
I recommended this in it's own thread too. Have been through every ending now. It replays well. I hope they do more of these.

Something was missing. For me anyway. Like it became too burdensome almost, at a certain point, thus taking away from the enjoyment of the process, once I'd hit a road block, have to "Go Back," and then continue on via the other route. Once isn't a big deal. But I think I ended up doing it about 5-6x...and saw two different endings...not even sure. I think there are five altogether from what I read online.

I think it would be better with less moments of choice throughout (I'd guess there was a total of 15-20 or so in this)...maybe 8-12 would be good...thus making it less work. I also think the plot (stressed out kid trying to hit his deadline and perfect the game) coupled with the process made it less enjoyable...if that makes sense.

I'd prefer some sort of other genre.

I agree with that largely, but I'm a concept guy and the concept was pretty great and I thought they actually pulled it off pretty well. I look forward to Future similar content. Could get very interesting.

Choose your own porn? Hmmmm

Looks interesting.
Did you like it?
Well...It's tough to watch but worth a watch simply because it's so hard to believe. The more it goes along it kind of leaves you more and more dumbfounded. Leaves you with more questions than answers. I'll just say that there's something else going on with that family they aren't saying. It'll probably leave you more frustrated than anything else.

I watched a few of the true crime shows, and the Ted Bundy tapes. Some of those are pretty well done. But now Netflix thinks all I ever want to watch is true crime. I have to search for other things to watch by name because I can't even browser anything else. Good hell their algorithm thing is so frustrating. Why can't they have like one "thread" or section or whatever for "because you watched" instead of it polluting every section and dictating only a fraction of the catalog that you are allowed to see.

It is also a vicious cycle. So I watch one of those, like making a murderer. The next time I'm casually looking for something to watch those shows are all they offer me, so I go, ok that one looks kind of interesting and you watch a few episodes of another one. Now they decide "hey he watched 2 of these, that's all he ever wants to see", so it gets even harder to find anything else, so I watch another one, and that's it. That's all I will ever see from now on. ****ing hate that so much. As a result I've shifted to Hulu way more than Netflix.
