Hey genius that's literally what the DOJ does for all cases that aren't prosecuted. The FBI does not charge people, they investigate and report their findings to the DOJ and they make a determination whether or not to prosecute. That's how it has always worked. Honestly, you guys make this **** too ****ing easy.
I understand your media of choice has led you to believe there is something scandalous here, but I think you should know they are lying to you.

If the Dems really do nominate a far left candidate then we will obviously be able to see for ourselves how things turn out. IMO, the more extreme the candidate the greater Trump's chances of defeating them. The nightmare matchup for Trump would be an intelligent and well-informed moderate with charisma. Unfortunately for all of us I don't see any candidate like that in the field.

Thus we see the difference between conservatives and liberals. Zombie, your choice of media has told you that Hillary did nothing wrong and should not have been prosecuted. Hillary Clinton broke the law and should have been prosecuted by the DOJ. Because Obama's DOJ saved her butt she was not. At a minimum, this is completely unethical.

That's not true at all. In fact my understanding is that Hillary did do something wrong, but she didn't do anything criminal. There's a pretty big distinction there. Of course, you've already made up your mind that Hillary is a terrible person who belongs in jail, so regardless of the facts of the case, or DOJ guidelines, or the FBI's decision not to recommend criminal charges, you're convinced there must be a conspiracy of some sort.

Heathme, I don't know about how much will be cut by the plans to reduce carbon emissions, but many scientists believe it is already too late and we already have passed the tipping point. I think that it's debatable, still. But to say that Global Warming is not an existential threat to mankind is pure ignorance. There is so much evidence out there. For example, go to Professor Jem Bendell's website and you will see the concern that is being expressed by scientists around the world. Don't believe the claptrack of that ultimate ignoramus, DDT. Or watch some of the many videos about the melting of the polar ice caps. The arctic is now navigable. Just go on YouTube and you can see the evidence for your very eyes. And everyone knows the planet is warming. Ocean temperatures are the highest in millions of year, 17 of the highest 18 hottest annual global temperatures on record have occurred during the last 17 years. And of the extreme hurricanes and tornados and fires that are occurring world wide -- this caused by the currents caused by the warming of the ocean. No, it's a fraud, says DDT, a money-making scheme. OMG, what an ignorant fool.

Yes, I agree that Clinton has engaged in criminal behavior, but so has DDT, and while I don't like Hillary, DDT is a much worse person. I mean can you think of a worse human being than DDT? Even Hitler liked his dog. DDT only likes filthy lucre.

Another opinion piece which includes the line "I am equally skeptical of such pronouncements of Hillary Clinton’s crimes based on current evidence"
And the third article doesn't even attempt to make the case that she committed any crimes, only that she could theoretically be charged under 18 U.S. Code § as late as 2025 if evidence of such a crime is uncovered. The fact that she hasn't been charged under Trump's DOJ kind of throws water on that idea.
