He was talking about a white player then just listed a bunch of white players. Didn't realize it would be such a huge blow to him.

I hope he finds peace.

Xthren - I wish you all the best, and thank you for sharing your time with us.

Youve gone through some horrible things I can only hope somehow you can heal, and life can add some beautiful things to make you happier.
 
I just read the exchange between Cy and Xthren and I must say, I find it a lil weak to leave the forum and feel so attacked over that.
May I suggest just taking a few months off if you do go? That seems to work for a number of us.
Lastly, sorry to hear about your loss of your family members. I'm glad to hear you've received support from Jazzfanz. We can be a bunch of a-holes on here, but I promise, I don't think any member would ever post something to make you feel attacked or bad if they knew you've been going through some unbelievably rough times.

There may be more to it than this, judging by the many hostile comments I have received here over the years. Some people here are quick to denigrate and ridicule just because they disagree.
