You can convince me that a guy with like a -1.0 BPM is only cuz his team sucks, but Portis has been like this his entire 4 year career. Not a good offfensive or defense player. He's turning himself into a 3pt shooter at least, so he has specialist low minutes value, not starter not even top 8 rotation. More like the 9th guy.

- some crazy trade nobody saw coming
- a few deals where teams keep their mid tier players like Powell in Dallas

- KD decision
- Kawhi decision
- Bojan decision
- followed by Butler decision
- followed by the mid tier guys like Rozier, Randle, etc.
