Sure, it was a different era, and sure, the refs probably were letting Laimbeer get what was coming to him, but I also would like to think that the refs respected Parrish like man respects god (fear and probably some actual respect as well).

Nope, I didn't see that. Both Bird and Magic are top 10 all time players. Jordan and Hakeem are better individual players but Bird and Magic compliment each other better.

Nope, I didn't see that. Both Bird and Magic are top 10 all time players. Jordan and Hakeem are better individual players but Bird and Magic compliment each other better.

Magic got to play pretty much his entire career with a player better than Bird. Kareem was a beast.
