If Mitchell improves on his 36.2% three point percentage this season his game is going to be next level. The D-Wade comparisons have always been accurate and Mitchell is showing he's superior to Dwayne on offensive (from an entire offensive game aspect). If he can get on Wade's defensive level... HOF.

Dwade was an offensive monster. Dwade could draw foul after foul. Mitchell needs to work on this aspect. I did see a positive increase in this towards the end of the season though.

I was just thinking the same thing and scrolled down to your post. This has positives written all over it. I think the concern of injury or fatigue has taken a back seat to a huge upside.

Wade was an animal and much bigger than Mitchell. The comparisons aren’t perfect. Wade couldn’t shoot from 3 but owned the paint, midrange and could get to the free throw line at will. Mitchell isn’t as big and struggles more in the paint and getting to the free throw line but is a much better shooter from the outside.
