Team USA scrimmage vs. Spain

The way that Team USA kept letting Spain make runs back into this game gave me a bad feeling.

He looked pretty good to me. He went over a screen when Ricky had the ball but that was the only real mistake I thought I saw.

He set a couple guys up but they didn’t finish. He was one of the few willing passers out there. The zone will give USA struggles at times if they aren’t making their threes.

Kuzma looks like garbage... his hair and his play.

Donovan went over the screen so as not to offend. Kuzma is bringing back the 90s.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's something that plagues the USA team throughout the tournament. They turn the ball over a lot, and a good amount of that is the lack of chemistry and continuity that isn't as apparent on the other squads we'll be facing.

They gonna be fine. I heard someone say this US team wouldn't be a playoff team in the West. Really ridiculous stuff being thrown out there. I think the hate has gone too far. I get these aren't the superstars, but a lot of the superstars don't have role player value. This team gonna win gold. They don't have the selfish dudes the team that failed did... they also don't have Larry Brown as a coach. Spain made a bunch of junk time threes to make it closer than it was.

The scrimmage thing was overblown imo.

Yeah I totally agree. Even if they lead the teams in turnovers per game, their overall talent will more than make up for it.

Juan Carlos Navarro meant the end of an era in Spain for sure. That man could ball.
