The way that Team USA kept letting Spain make runs back into this game gave me a bad feeling.
Donovan went over the screen so as not to offend. Kuzma is bringing back the 90s.
This infuriates Robin Lopez and the Morris brothers.
Brook Lopez is laughing though; from behind the three-point arc.
I wouldn't be surprised if that's something that plagues the USA team throughout the tournament. They turn the ball over a lot, and a good amount of that is the lack of chemistry and continuity that isn't as apparent on the other squads we'll be facing.
They gonna be fine. I heard someone say this US team wouldn't be a playoff team in the West. Really ridiculous stuff being thrown out there. I think the hate has gone too far. I get these aren't the superstars, but a lot of the superstars don't have role player value. This team gonna win gold. They don't have the selfish dudes the team that failed did... they also don't have Larry Brown as a coach. Spain made a bunch of junk time threes to make it closer than it was.
The scrimmage thing was overblown imo.
Spain isnt as good as it use to be.
Yeah I totally agree. Even if they lead the teams in turnovers per game, their overall talent will more than make up for it.
Well, that answers the question...Fox is no longer on the team. Probably didn't like Pops playing White more minutes than him...a little home team cooking. Plus Smart cleared for play. Only one more cut to go before the roster is set.
You mean... Only one more player to walk out until the roster is set****
Juan Carlos Navarro meant the end of an era in Spain for sure. That man could ball.
