Has anyone had the regular or spicy one?

They’ve been huge out here. Completely sold out at most stores.

I've only eaten at Popeyes twice. Once was really good, the second time was terrible (dry, bland). I've been reluctant to try again.

Sold out at the store? What do you mean? Does popeyes sell frozen food or something in supermarkets?

I have tried the spicy chicken sandwich from the restaurant. They are good.

I love me some popeye's chicken. Way bettter than KFC.

It means they don’t have an infinite supply of them. They get so many shipped to each location and evidently, the locations I’ve been to sold out.
 
I tried back to back days at two different locations by me and since they didn’t have it, as a result, I’ve ordered a total of 15 pieces of chicken, a large red beans and rice, a small red beans and rice, a biscuit, and a small coke.
 
Big fan of Popeye's. Can't stand Chick-fil-A. Like almost on the level of loathing. I've never had a Chick-fil-A sandwich that wasn't as dry and bland as cardboard. Do not get the appeal.

I’ve gotten the spicy chicken deluxe and it’s never been dry.

I keep hearing this but the empirical evidence suggests otherwise. Unless everyone has a dramatically different definition of dry than I do.

Although my son and a few of his friends went with my wife and me to prove it wasn't a dry sandwich. We all got both spicy and regular. They were all dry. My son and his friends were all saying "yeah they are dry, I don't understand, they never are". Maybe I'm cursed or something.

But I've never had that problem at Popeye's.

Did you order the spicy chicken sandwich, or the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe? If you don't specify deluxe, it's dry because it's just chicken and bread.
