I'm very familiar with the LaRouche people, I've been on their mail and news lists for years, even given support.
I was pretty sure it was their stunt even before it was acknowledged as such.
LaRouche culties are FDR socialists. Democrats. Many of them are black, some prominent black folks have attended their events. Rosa Parks. The Congressional Black Caucus is frequently featured in their work.
LaRouchies believe that humanity must increase in numbers, that technology and science must be fully employed, and that we have a destiny to go to the stars. They favor nuclear power, and they oppose the ban on DDT, saying not using it is costing hundreds of millions of human lives annually, mostly third world and mostly non-white. They call it one of several on-going genocides being perpetrated by the population crisis political hoaxsters.
Pretty sad that the fake news wants to call them far right because they are far left. Just Anti-British far left. Putin and Xi smile and welcome them like dignitaries, maybe give them some pork chop money.
But really, guys..... you stepped in it on this one.

I could never really be a culty like the LaRouchies. I understand they have daily meetings like LDS missionaries where they have to almost bear their testimonies about their cause or prove their dedication somehow. And if anyone goes off script, they get disciplined somehow.
all in all, I imagine that's about what it's like for you guys in your political causes.

Finally putting a face to a persona or voice is a strange satisfying joy of discovery.
In a way it also ruins things too. I will no longer be able to picture you with a neck tattoo anymore.
I've posted plenty of pictures of myself in here over the years. Plus I have shown up and met a decent chunk of people in here.
But I'm not trying to hide something or embarrassed of myself.
Also don't worry, I still might get a neck tattoo. I got one on my collar bone, so it's creeping up there. I'm supposed to get a new tattoo in Beijing soon so... Maybe.

Yeah, I am not sure who I met first, but that was pretty early in the days of meeting people. I remember that was the first time I had played basketball since my ACL surgery. It was pretty good to get out and play, but I was so slow and couldnt jump, haha. 6 months of hard lifting!
That was probably more than 10 years ago?

I would be down to hang but I'm in China now, haha. Oddly I'm in Weihai, China which is really close to South Korea. I'm hoping to go to Korea in the next month. I was just in Jilin, China which borders North Korea as well.
