The official "let's impeach Trump" thread

President Donald Trump fired back at Mitt Romney on Saturday morning, calling the Utah senator a "pompous '***'" while defending his calls for Ukraine and China to investigate political rival Joe Biden.

"Somebody please wake up Mitt Romney and tell him that my conversation with the Ukrainian President was a congenial and very appropriate one, and my statement on China pertained to corruption, not politics. If Mitt worked this hard on Obama, he could have won. Sadly, he choked!" Trump wrote.

"Mitt Romney never knew how to win. He is a pompous “***” who has been fighting me from the beginning, except when he begged me for my endorsement for his Senate run (I gave it to him), and when he begged me to be Secretary of State (I didn’t give it to him). He is so bad for R’s!" Trump continued.


My favorite part is when trump says "If Mitt worked this hard on Obama, he could have won."
It almost seems like trump is saying that Mitt should have reached out to other countries to try to get dirt on obama like he is doing with Biden. Lol.
How about instead of trying to win by making your opponent look bad, you instead try to win by being a good candidate that people want to vote for.

Someone posted that it took 6 months to impeach Clinton. They worked on impeaching Nixon for 7 months and then he re-signed.

It's been about 2 weeks so far with Trump.

If you are this frustrated emotional and impatient already it might be best for you to just forget about it and go away for a few months.

One thing that Trump and his acolytes always seem to point out to when criticized is the campaign. It’s almost like the real contest was the campaign and that somehow presidency is the prize. That NOTHING that he does during his presidency matters, because he won the campaign and is now entitled to 4 years of complete fidelity and zero criticism from everyone. Trump and his acolytes always omit the fact that this current predicament Trump finds himself in is solely based on impeachable acts he has committed as president. Acts that require his removal from office.

I hope in the future we elect leaders who want to govern rather than those who merely want to promote their brand or win an election just to rub other people’s noses in it.

So by the time you all make a move he could be gone. You guys are doing a great service for this country. It's so obvious you can't beat him with policies. You have no other route than impeachment.

That's something to be proud of. You can only beat Trump by impeachment not ideals. WTF has happened to that party?

Why are you so douchey all the time? You made a post talking about how it's taking so long for Trump to get impeached.
I respond by telling you that past impeachments took much longer than the 2 weeks of this current impeachment process. Why not just appreciate the info provided to you and say something like "oh I didn't know it was such a long process, thanks for the info" instead of responding like you did?

Also, why are you saying "you all make a move" and "you guys are doing a great job" and "you can't beat him in politics" and" you have no other route than impeachment" and " you can only beat Trump by impeachment"?
We are all Americans. He is breaking the rules of being the president of America. If you are Patriot and an American then you wouldn't be ok with that. It did be "we" instead of "you guys"
I'm just glad to see some prominent Republicans still care about the values and rules of our country.

As for you acting like Democrats can only beat him this way and not in a fair election lol at that. You claim to be about both sides right? Well maybe get off your high horse and point out that Trump seems to need Russia, ukraine, and China to beat his opponents in an election.

But not Trump... And neither were jailed because of Russia lol. I mean you had the guys lawyer and still got absolutely nothing. Think about that. His lawyer didn't even have dirt on him......
