Do you think at this point that republicans are just looking for an excuse to dump trump? It looks to me that all the spins have failed and the corruption is more widespread than ever. Maybe they’re just going to admit to crimes out in the open (like Mulvaney just did) and allow public opinion to become worse and worse. That way trump can be impeached (never defeated in an election) and republicans can save face because it got so bad they were compelled to convict. What do you think?
