I don't think he really wants a vote. It's just something to complain about.
If there was a vote and it went against his supreme leader than he would just say he doesn't find the vote credible until he can personally talk to each person who voted.

But it furthers the story of him pushing the goal posts. He'll say he's not, and want everyone to believe he believes he's not, but it'll eat what's left of his soul.

And after all, that's what dem's are going after once they have his over-inflated healthcare, and his guns, and his hard earned life's savings.

I have no doubt of this. If the Democrats had already held a vote the line would be "The President is being railroaded! The Democrats aren't interested in pursuing an actual investigation and are trying to score political points."

There's no actual principle involved in these complaints, they'll pick and choose whichever argument is convenient at the time.

Thing is you don't understand that a president can't be indicted in that instance. Once he is out of office we will see what happens.

But you moved the goalposts again (typical). Originally you said nothing came from the Russia investigation. You didn't mention Trump at all. So you were wrong because people were arrested due to the Russia investigation. So that means something did come from the Russia investigation.
