Good thing the bar for impeachment is considerably lower than "Hitler-destroyer of America."
 
Lol I sometimes don't think you guys understand that I'm being ridiculously facetious. You take everything I say way to literal and personal. My bad for thinking you'd pick up on it.

There is some truth though to people comparing Trump to Hitler and comparing border protection to the extermination of 6+ million Jews. Its quite disgusting and educationally void.

He's attempting to put himself above the law. I believe he will fail in that strategy, but the effort invariably involves enhanced authoritarianism. So one stands up against that, one takes a stand.

There is an assumption here, that taking a stand against authoritarianism is what a responsible citizen should do. As Franklin said, " a republic, if you can keep it".

An educated electorate, educated in the ways of a demagogue, knows when to take a stand. An uneducated electorate risks becoming part of a cult. Some have eyes to see and ears to hear, and some don't. A person has to recognize what is happening at the time, not when history renders a judgement.

Do you feel Trump is the only President that has broken laws or abused his constitutional authority? I see Bush Jr. as a war criminal myself. Some courts say Obamacare was unconstitutional or targeting conservativea with the IRS was an overreach.

Unlike many of you I'll also wait to condemn Obama until the Durham report comes out. Which has now turned into a criminal probe.

Edit: i i also find it impossible to believe that all these politicians making $175,000 a year become multimillionaires by following the book.
