Had an offer to move out of family home for the duration which im seriously thinking of taking, i think the benefits to my parents of me caing for them outweigh the risk i present to them through my work.

That's why for me it's best to wear a mask when you're coming in close contact with someone even if you don't think you've got it cos the symptoms might not be there YET but you could be carrying the virus.
 
That's why I think it's silly when people say to ignore masks as they don't work.. whether or not they do, they at least lessen the chance that droplets transmit from 1 person to another.

Up to 14 days is current advice. Additionally im a smoker so i already have a cough, on occasion a dry throat. Generally i know something is wrong when cigarettes lose their taste.

Yeah exactly.. 5-7 days is the earliest that the symptoms may show, it could take up to 14 days.. Moreover there are cases where it never shows up at all.. i.e., you can have it but never know it.
 
First case confirmed on Hill Air Force Base. It's about to spread like wildfire and the idiots still won't shut the base down. There are probably dozens of unconfirmed cases already. They just don't know it yet. Each day they stay open it will get exponentially worse.

Yeah and i basically have to move myself into self isolation for the next 6 months cause my parents cant afford to get it. Luckily i have some friends who live near where im looking to move so at least i will have some company. Eh. This is ****ed

You smug prick. Im looking at a block of flats one of my old housemates lives in, all the pubs are shut, at least i'll have someone i can have a beer with living a couple of doors down.
