It's not possible a real person believes all that easily proven false information is there? He does seemingly exclusively read bad propaganda. He's a good little sheeple for his party.
Pretty silly that anyone who isn't actually an employee of one of the parties believes them. Both parties are no different from China or others. They aren't concerned about you, they are concerned about staying in power.

It is likely that between Russia and China, neither has lost their sense if national interest the way we have. The project to level us to a non-dominate partner in global affairs coincides with our politicians selling us out and our businesses being transnational as well, and the dream of still having the same power. It is a foolish dream.

and this is complete and utter nonsense.
One party cares merely about power. We’ve been witnesses to it for 4 years. What has it done to actually improve our lives or solve problems? It has actually worked to exacerbate previous problems and has created new ones.
The other party actually does work to resolve problems. We saw it for 8 years with rebuilding the economy, expanding access to health care, establishing deals with foreign countries through cooperation, not politicizing the DOJ and using the presidency to enrich himself, and working with scientists to minimize the impact of disease.
This whole “both parties are the same and only care about power” idea is cynical and just isn’t true. After 4 years of this circus, I don’t think anyone serious can say the parties are the same.

It is true. Democrats are simply playing to their base. Those things are needed to get votes. Gay rights issues for example didn't happen until it had major support from the voters it had nothing to do with the party caring about it. They would drop those in a heart beat if it was losing votes and they were losing power by sticking to that. Republicans are anti abortion because that gets them votes. You are very Democrat so that makes sense that you think your party morals are better and the other side is evil. I generally agree with more of the Democrats stance on moral issues as well. Well, not anywhere near the level you do. But know that they don't care about most of it as a party and will say whatever to get my vote. That doesn't mean every person/politician necessarily but the party itself.

That’s a cynical and nihilistic way of looking at things. And honestly, it’s just not accurate.
Democrats by and large work together to improve the lives of those in this society. Whether it’s raising min wage, expanding health care, raising emission standards, establishing diplomatic deals, etc. These are issues that needed to be addressed. You don’t have to be a Democrat to admit that Democrats work to solve problems. They believe in science, equality, and using government to improve lives. The difference between the previous 8 years under Democrats and the last 4 under Republicans is obvious to even serious conservatives on this board. That’s why many of them have indicated that they’ve voted for Democrats in 2018 and will be voting for Biden this fall.
The GOP over the past 4 years haven’t addressed any of the nation’s needs. The party has no concrete ideology other than deregulation and tax cuts apparently as previous mainstays like tough foreign policy, rule of law, small government, and fiscal responsibility have flown out the window. The party serves merely to stay in power.
Seriously, ask yourself, why does Donald want to be president again? What will a second term actually accomplish? Can anyone even tell what his agenda has been for the past few years anyway? What would the agenda be for the next 4 years? More criming and power grabbing?
At the same time, compare that to the previous 8 years under Obama and to the next 4 years under Biden. Imagine what a Democratic led House, Senate, and white House could accomplish. The stability. The relief of not having to wake up each morning reading hundreds of nonsensical texts or wondering if the House or Senate was killing your health care. An actual functioning federal government responsive to the nation’s needs.
The two parties are clearly not the same for any serious person. They’re just not. And you don’t have to be a Democrat to see that. Many republicans and independents see that too. Which is why some In the GOP are preparing for massive losses this fall. A necessary reset. Hopefully it’ll knock some sense into the party so they can re-establish some core principles worth protecting

It's not a cynical view its a realist view and an accurate one. One that history has proven and is simply what parties are made to be and the reason for them.
That doesn't mean they don't do good things or have a positive effect.
You are far too extreme though. For you it's Black and White, whereas the reality is almost always grey.
I promise that everything Trump and Republicans do isn't bad/evil and everything Democrats do isn't good.

Let me propose a scenario:
Two Native American Indian tribes approach two different forests.
1. The first tribe is told by its chief to cut down the forest and build him mansion. The tribe will be blessed in the afterlife for their work or damned for not working. The chief and a handful of his friends live in the mansion while the majority of the tribe continue to live outside without any shelter.
2. The second tribe is told by its chief to cut down the forest to provide housing for the tribe. The tribe builds necessary housing and farming that improves the lives of the tribe.
Would you say that both chiefs are the same?
Would you say that the second chief was merely pandering to stay in power or working to resolve necessary issues? Or working to improve the lives of his citizens?

Now you’re moving the goalposts. The Republican party works to improve the lives of the handful of people that keep it in power. This has become a shrinking circle over the past few years as not even republicans or conservatives are benefitting from trump. It’s mostly just trump Loyalists. And even then, there’s no guarantee. You can be a loyalist today and exiled by tweet tomorrow.
while the Democratic Party works in cooperation with scientists, health officials, other countries, etc to improve the lives of most in our society.
One party has worked to merely stay in power while the other still believes in helping to improve society. No serious person can claim that they’re the same.
Frankly, I think you both are making the mistake of thinking of them as two different political parties. It's more like one political party, the corporatist party, that has two divisions with separate infrastructures and a determination to to distract us with theater while slowly moving the government toward one that favors wealth and corporate consolidation.
They are not the same, but they have many similarities.

How blind are you Ron? Nothing I post is "easily proven false". All anyone does on this site is say "that is easily proven false" and thinks they have debunked what I post. Pretty much everything I have posted has been proven or is in the process of being proven. Whether is it the Russian collusion garbage, Obama's direct involvement in it or covid 19.
Why do liberals always like to say you must be working for the Russians if anyone posts something that goes against their views? Projecting much?

To a degree. Mostly, it would mean different tactics.
There are two changes I would support: you can only contribute to candidates who actually represent you (POTUS, two Senators, one Representatives), and that if your organization has a secret donor list, it's not allowed to mention candidates by name. However, that won't stop people with money from buying the system.
That makes it more sad to me then. Most of what you post are opinion pieces.
The part about Russian was a joke. It's also a joke about your other account that you won't admit to. I guess you don't have a sense of humor. Maybe take things a little to serious and are sensitive? That's okay, it happens.

Lots of your posts get proven wrong and you never engage enough to disagree. Lots of your links are too dumb to take the time to show they are false. It's also not worth the time to show you are wrong since you don't respond to it and don't care. I've taken the time in the past to show false information you have posted.. The first time I did that you said you hadn't read the article you posted. It contained easily proven wrong facts. The other times I have you haven't responded. Other people have easily proved your opinion or news info wrong and you have never given a reasonable response.
