Toronto is not bad for him as Kleiza is there and willl help him a lot to adjust to NBA life and routine. Same as Kanter was happy to got o Utah where despite crowded front court he has Memo to tutor him.
But as far as basketball goes, yeah, Toronto is not really a pass happy pick and roll operating team and they do not have PG with those skill. Cleveland would be much better for JV as K.Irwing would be his ideal partner.
