You can't out-run a radio. In some countries, where the police are mostly unarmed, they follow from a safe distance until they can surround the guy.

That guy still had a gun and was desperate enough to run with it. What if the police gave him some distance and then he shoots someone and takes their car? It's not impossible to think that could happen.

When someone has a gun and breaking the law it makes it very hard for all those involved.

Usually, people that are that desperate aren't thinking clearly and you never know what they're going to do.

I hate the kid died as I hate seeing anyone else die, I just understand why he was shot more than the other videos I've posted.
