Anyone here work out on a regular basis? What are your routines like? what exercises do you do, how often, how many sets/reps, and how often do you change your routine?

Also, what supplements, shakes, etc do you take or have you taken?

Recently, I started taking Jacked from GNC. That stuff gave me a ton of energy without upsetting the lower tract or giving me the jitters.

What have been your experiences with Creatine? Or with Glutamine?

I've taken Glutamine before, and many of my friends have recommended it. Yet, Creatine is famous for improving lifts and athletic performance. Thoughts? Opinions? And funny stories are welcomed!

I work out 5 days a week. 2 days at home in my basement and 3 days at the gym.

My work-outs are pretty much like this:
Tuesday - Biceps -mostly curls at home
Thursday - Bench Presses at home
Friday - Back/Biceps at the Gym
Saturday - Triceps at the Gym
Sunday - Shoulders/Chest at the Gym

I usually do 2 sets of leg exercises each day I'm at the Gym. Sets at home are usually 5-6 set and I go heavy. Sets at the gym are mostly moderate to heavy; 7-8 sets (plus 2 legs)

I play full court basketball 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Saturday morning.

I take Bronkaid or Primatene which both have 25mg of Ephedrine per dose (1 dose per day). A month's supply is about $12 bucks and it's better than any crap you can ever buy at GNC or wherever. As for it being dangerous - that's a myth. I've taken it moderately and responsibly for the better part of 10 years with no problems whatsoever.

That being said, if he drops dead tomorrow, we all know what it's from.

I like Jack3d, I also take Cellmass with it as a nice recovery method.

Monday: Chest (bench, dumbbell incline, flies, pushups), Biceps (hammer curls, concentration curls) and abs
Tuesday: Back (shrugs, this one thing that works my lower back, lat bar behind head), Triceps (rope exercise, deadly sevens, dips), Cardio (long distance)
Wednesday: Cardio (sprints, hills, rowing machine)
Thursday: Legs (squats, cleans, preacher walks)
Friday: VERY light Chest again, Cardo (distance again), Abs

I'll usually go 3x10, or 2x10 and then kill myself on my 3rd set. I don't do max testings, just try to push myself and make myself sweat. 30 second break between sets, then 1-2 minute break between exercises. Resting is over-rated, I try not to last longer than an hour unless I have abs/running to do. If you're sore, take a day or two off. Do not push yourself beyond your limits. Trying to lift more than you can isn't worth the injuries. Practice good form of course.

Oh yeah, changing your routine is ESSENTIAL! There are so many different exercise for chest for instance, decline bench, incline bench and regular bench. Alternate between them bi-weekly or monthly, your body needs change or it will get used to what you do and not help.

3 days a week on the bike (recumbent). 2 days upper body. I think I've detailed out that routine here before but the basic cycle is 6 weeks higher reps less weight followed by 6 weeks lower reps more weight. Can't remember if those numbers are right though off the top of my head (I just follow what the team is doing usually).

P90X. Shakeology.

I also get a KILLER workout at Krav Maga 2x per week. Yikes.

5 day cycle

Day1: Chest & Tri's

Day2: Backs and Bi's and Core

Day3:Lower body (no calfs)

Day4: Shoulders & Calfs

Day5:Cardio and Core

I do that every 5 days. I usually don't workout on Sundays at all, so I lift 5 days a week, workout 6. I also ride my bike 20-25 miles every other day (depending on weather). Trying to get back into jogging every other day, but I find it painfully boring, so I'm bad about it. Fullcourt basketball twice a week.

I take Gold STandard Whey Protein too.

You take Krav Maga???

Yes. I did for a couple years about 5 or 6 years ago, then moved to a city without a good krav instructor. Here in Reno are a couple of very good instructors so I started back up again 6 months ago or so. It is a seriously tough workout.

All of y'all much more hardcore than I am. I am swimming 3 times a week for 30 minutes. I plan to lift once a week soon.

Swimming is the best exercise you can do for your body besides wrestling probably.
Coming from someone who has swim religiously for the last two years, in general, I agree with you. However, it doesn't translate very well. After swimming like that, I decided I was going to run a 5k with only about a week of running. It kicked my ***.

From a cardio standpoint, or leg soreness?

Ya swimming and jogging are different.

That is awesome. I am envious.

Note to everyone out there: Don't **** with LG98 IRL.

Dutch is far beyond me in krav, I can tell you that.
