I think you'll see both RBG and Breyer decide to retire from the court if Biden wins. Both are 80+ years old and I'm sure there's some trepidation that now is the time to get some younger voices in the court for the next 30 years while the opportunity is there.

Approval rating from right-leaning pollsters is down to 42%. If this were a football game, I'd say he was down about 17 points at halftime right about now.

He does these things because he believes dividing Americans and maintaining conflict in the news cycle is his path to victory in November. He’s mistaken this time.

Either way, it shows his disregard for fulfilling the very basic duties he was elected to.
