What's new

The official "let's impeach Trump" thread

Since you guys claim the Atlantic is journalism you MUST agree with this journalism or you a flat out hypocrite. Which a few of you are already but anyways.

“For this reason, strictly law-and-order Republicans who have responded in dismay to scenes of rioting and looting have an interest in Biden winning—even if they could never bring themselves to vote for him,” he writes.

He's openly admitting that if Trump wins Democrats will continue their violent, treasonous, inhumane and downright evil campaign and if Biden wins there will be peace because us Republicans are peaceful unlike you. Again some of you here are good people so I'm not pinning this on you but there's a few here @NAOS @Gameface @Zombie @silesian @Safetydan @LogGrad98 @The Thriller @Saint Cy of JFC that I know as a fact will continue their radical anti-American hatred campaign and continually be violent whether it be in words or actions like they do here.

Remember hypocrites 'journalism" so it's true no matter what. That's what you told me so let's not display the usual double standards.

Here's the article (pure journalism). It's actually a good read and just shows how gross the Democratic party has (always)been... I see it first hand here with some of you, hopefully this journalism will open up some of your radicalized eyes.

Remember "journalism"

You really need to do some work to understand the different types of articles news outlets produce.

This might help.

A news organization like The Atlantic is not to be simply trusted or not trusted. Each article needs to be evaluated independently. There are certainly news organizations with good reputations and ones with bad reputations. That will obviously lead to either a slightly negative or positive bias in the initial assessment of legitimacy, but should not be a definitive "everything they say is true/good/right" or "false/bad/lies." These are generally large organizations. Opinion pieces they publish may very well contradict other opinion pieces they publish. Opinion pieces they publish might provide a counterpoint to news pieces they publish.

It's not as simple as you seem to want it to be.

The article you are using for your example is an opinion piece. It is not a hard news story, it is not an investigative journalism story, it is not a feature. It is an opinion piece.

You really need to understand what that means and how that works before you will be able to have a real discussion about these issues with other people who already do understand that.

Just to prove that Atlantic article true. You hypocrites post an Atlantic article and I provide witnesses, I provide insight, I use my own words to counter. I provide an Atlantic article and what do you guys do? Attack attack attack instead of disapprove the article. It's in you're violent nature. Attack the person, not thr article.
