Jizzyfresh - "Someone please talk to me!!?"
Except for me, of course.
Jizzyfresh - "Someone please talk to me!!?"
Forgotten passcodes -- you remember many passcodes/words you haven't used in over a year?
Screen damage -- phones get dropped. We just replaced one.
Loss of device -- we've also had phones left in places
Intentional deletion -- Of what? Every text message, every email, every google document is stored on the carrier's database
What other reasons?
This sounds like someone making a big deal out of nothing. I notice what you didn't say: that actual records were lost.
1. Like I said, the amount of effort you have to go through to wipe your phone via wrong passcode is long. No way they are stupid enough to just pound numbers for hours.
2. Screen damage doesn't effect recovering data in any way.
3. Sure I guess. Still technologies make it pretty tough to never find that phone again
4. Yes, I agree.
So none of your above reasons pass the bull **** test.
I agree, completely. Now, go back and read JazzyFresh's post about how these methods were used to "wipe" phones, and ask yourself if that represents a legitimate complaint.
@Ron MexicoJizzyfresh - "Someone please talk to me!!?"
“The records show at least several dozen phones were wiped of information because of forgotten passcodes, irreparable screen damage, loss of the device, intentional deletion or other reasons — and came before the DOJ’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) could review the devices,” Fox News reported. “The OIG opened an investigation into possible bias in the origins of the Russia Investigation, but determined that the FBI complied with policies in launching the politically explosive probe. Still, the OIG flagged ‘significant concerns with how certain aspects of the investigation were conducted and supervised.'”
The quote is odd. "The records show at least several dozen phones were wiped of information". So forgotten passcodes, intentional deletion, losing phones would be intentional sabotage by those that owned the phones imo. The broken screens appear to be just 1 piece of the pie.
A guy and his staff investigating the highest office imaginable literally breaking, whitewashing, and misplacing phones with intel and evidence. No matter how anyone tries to spin it, that is obstruction.
It's interesting to me personally to watch that, to hear the comment about narcissistic America's "fear-based, dopamine-based system", and do some self-reflection. In this 587-plus-page thread, how many comments have essentially been re-postings of Nerf-ish potshots taken by either Trump/Trump advocates or opponents of Trump, either on Twitter or some other social media platform, as if that were all we need to have a substantive conversation and draw broad-yet-accurate conclusions about the state of things? I just re-posted 2 minutes of a 5-minute YouTube video to make this point, in fact. I wonder, do we even have our own thoughts anymore, or are we simply going to remain tranquilized by the regular chemical rush accompanying each mouse click or screen tap? Our collective ADD and magnetic attraction to one end or the other of the political spectrum within this little sub biome is an ironic illustration: Our weak ability as Americans to absorb or communicate anything of substance on a consistent basis, should just maybe give us reason to stop and acknowledge how unsurprising it is we have elected officials who 100% reflect that same mental and ethical laziness. We consume garbage and post 280 characters about it on the commercial break, and so does our president. How surprising is that, really?
Everyone needs to watch "the social dilemma" on netflix. For me it was a gut punch. For my 18 y.o. daughter too. It outlines the addictive and destructive nature of social media. Very sobering. It's interesting to me personally to watch that, to hear the comment about narcissistic America's "fear-based, dopamine-based system", and do some self-reflection. Anyway. I dunno.
Trump sucks, and he's nobody anybody can reasonably say they want to emulate; but he's our responsibility, reflects our collective (sub?)consciousness as a country, and it's our fault he's our president, no matter on which side of the proverbial aisle we sit. I will vote against him because I want him gone, but that's a meaningless gesture-- I think most of us know we need to do much, much better than Joe Biden. Changing public discourse, and thereby fixing the political atrocity that is our government, starts with us-- with whether or not we're willing to make the inward journey toward being better as individuals and communities, and therefore deserving and ultimately receiving better representation. Then perhaps the choices in front of us with each election become not merely more palatable, but actually desirable.

More impeachable offenses.
No negative accusation about Trump could ever shock you because you've bought into the narrative that he is one of the most loathsome people in the history of this planet. Anyone who gets involved in even slightly questioning any negative media claim about him on this site is quickly buried by the Trump haters. These people don't care that claims are being made not merely without evidence, but in the face of contradictory evidence. They believe they are winning their arguments, but in reality the people with happy and productive lives are just realizing, one by one, that they'd rather walk away than breath in the toxic fumes being spewed in the JazzFanz.political forums. The last several pages, which I just visited and read, tell me that nothing around here has changed. I'm not surprised by many of the usual haters, but I'm sad that they can so reliably count fish among their ranks.Well I mean we don't totally know what trump is. New stuff comes out almost daily whether it's lying to the public about the severity of covid (downplaying it) or trash talking our troops.
There might be even lower levels to trump, you just never know. Could find out tomorrow that he has had sex with a bunch of 12 year old girls on epstein island. Maybe the day after tomorrow we find out that he is a plant for a foreign government and attempting to take down the USA.
Wouldn't be that shocking I guess for either of those things to come out but I digress.

Damn snowflake I simply said that new stuff comes out about trump almost daily (true) and that I wouldn't be surprised by anything that Trump would do (also true)No negative accusation about Trump could ever shock you because you've bought into the narrative that he is one of the most loathsome people in the history of this planet.
