In their new podcast Jazz SL Trib beat writers Andy Larsen and Eric Waldon seemed to be thinking that highest likelihood was Jazz would draft Green, McDaniels, or Bane. Both were very down on McDaniels, but reported that there are plenty of people in the Jazz organization who love him.

I would take Green in that scenario. Bane does nothing to excite me.

McDaniels would give the Jazz something they don't have--a long wing who can score at 3 levels.
I'll be modestly surprised if Josh Green is available at #23.

His shoulders should excite everyone. He’s a guy I had to look at a little harder than others but it’s just hard seeing a situation where he fails.

might be the best shooter in the draft. Does it off of movement. Capable ballhandler and good passer. Solid and willing defender. Smart guy, hard worker, good kid... I’d be super excited to have him.

I wonder who the McDaniels fans are on staff. I bet DL is a Josh Green guy. I doubt the rooks are gonna get much playing time next year anyway. I bet if nothing else, the allure of upside with McDaniels would make him a more valuable trade asset at the deadline if an opportunity came up.

He has to have flashes and they have to control the narrative... like say he isn’t available in trades... kinda like MP Jr.
 
I'm watching Tyrell Terry. His shot release isn't as quick as Steph Curry's or Trae Young's. I'm not sure if his shooting will fully translate to NBA speed. He needs some space to get his shot off, and I'm not sure how he's going to get it. He's got some work to do to figure out how he's going to get separation.

did you see this game in the highlights? where Peyton Pritchard held him to 2/9 shooting in 34 mins 5 ast 4 to's compared to pritchards 29-6-5
 
Why did Cole Anthony choose UNC? Did he just really want to play for Williams? Did he know they were gonna suck and he thought he could lead them to a successful season singlehandedly? Wonder how his draft stock would look if he chose a better situation.
