NFL Talk

The Rams can have Lloyd, Luck and a reincarnated Norm Van Brocklin - it wouldn't make a bit of difference. Spagnuolo has no clue how to put an offense together.

Fine by me - the sooner he gets **** canned, the sooner he can come back to being the defensive coordinator for The Giants.

I saw the video just now, and didn't think it was that big a deal. Though I will say while I like a coach to show a little enthusiasm, Harbaugh's reaction as a head coach was a bit much. I might be irritated if I were an opposing coach and he was giving me a high five and a pat on the back in the same manner he would an assistant coach on his team.

Give me a ****ing break. I just lost the game and the winning coach is pushing me in the back as he's acting like a prick, and I'm suppose to "get over it"? I'm reacting the same way Schwartz did.

For the record, by saying "Get over it", I meant Schwartz should have, not you.

Harbaugh being an ******* is hardly breaking news. Schwartz needed to be the bigger man. He failed.

So, is Alex Smith still a "bust"?

He's played well so far this year, but if you watched yesterday's game, he played at a "C" level at best. That's even giving him the game winning TD pass too. As long as he keeps winning though, he may turn out to be an OK guy.

So I haven't watched the 49ers this year, but I keep hearing the "see!!!??" from Smith supporters. Is it justified? All I have to go off are the numbers, which are less than impressive. The 8-to-2 TD/INT ratio is great, but he's 30th in the league in yards/game, 28th in QBR...

Granted I'm coming at this from a largely "Fantasy NFL" perspective. Is Smith to thank for the 5-1 record?

I have only seen about 5 minutes of any 49er game, so (this time) my question was serious. How responsible is he for them being 5-1 since apparently he was the cause of their previous suckitude (suckiness?)?
