I know we see the Lakers in our rear view mirror. They’re only one game behind. But they’ve been feasting on cupcakes while we’ve been actually playing people. If we can endure this next stretch of games without any serious injury, then the back half of the season might help put some distance between us and the rest of the pack.

It seemed like they were playing cupcakes but I wasn’t sure if I just wasn’t paying attention. I do wonder if Lebron stays locked in because he wants the mvp.

Let him. Let AD miss games and burn LeBron down chasing that regular season MVP. It will also help them cope and have an excuse should they not make it out of the western conference.

Our 2nd half schedule is worlds easier than the Lakers' and Clippers'. If we stay solid over the next couple weeks, we're in great shape.

This. And it seems totally sustainable. It's not like we are hitting all the 3s all the time. We are playing within ourselves, within the system.

I say we hit the coolaid hard, no second thoughts, no impending doom, just buckle up and enjoy the ride fandom!
