Did someone say Howard Eisley in this thread? I went to change my address in the window and the two suggested searches were ‘Utah Jazz’ and ‘Howard Eisley’.

Blazers need to pass the Lakers. Otherwise you can just freeze everything right here.
 
Only thing I would like more is nuggets vs lakers on round 1.

The nuggets are the team I'm most afraid of followed by the Lakers

I’d wager that Denver is going to end up somewhere in the top 3. Hopefully not #1, obvi.

it would definitely be awesome if the Lakers ended up 6. That’s out of the play-in + on the other side of the bracket.

If all teams are healthy best teams for my opinion:

1-Lakers
2-Denver or Clippers
3-Clippers or Denver
4-Phoenix
5-Portland
6-Dallas

If Phoenix drops to 4th place and the Lakers to 6th, it would be best for us.

1 Utah- 8 Doesn't matter
2 Clippers- 7 Dallas
3 Denver- 6 Lakers
4 Phoenix- 5 Portland

That would be a dream scenario. I like our chances against Phoenix or Portland in the second round.

I honestly like our chances against everyone but the Lakers and nuggets..... And I still think we could be those teams too.

But honestly I'm confident against all the other teams in the west. Clippers and suns don't scare me and obviously none of the in the portland dallas memphis spurs etc range scare me either.

The nets also scare me and I think if I had to put money on one team to win it all I would put my money on the nets unfortunately. Then the jazz after that.

I fear the Clippers and the Nuggs most. Phoenix, too, actually... but much less than the Clips and Nuggs. All these teams’ strengths play specifically into our weaknesses

My number one concern about the jazz are when they play teams that have centers who can effectively take Rudy out of the paint. That's why the Lakers and especially the nuggets scare me.
Ayton allows Rudy to patrol the paint a bit and I don't even know who the clippers center is unless it's zubac (who I thought came off the bench) who allows Rudy to patrol the paint.

if playoffs starts today we could be facing Memphis or mavs, both winnable. Then Lakers or Nuggets next. Both tough opponent for us. Lakers more dangerous now that they added drummond and mclemore. Hoping we face nuggets

I thought much more of my comment would have been filtered. Needless to say I poop on players who went to big markets vs joining the best team in the NBA.
 
From an entertainment standpoint, I don't want to play Phoenix, Denver or Brooklyn.

I absolutely cannot stand watching...

- Chris Paul whine all game and torch us

- Jokic bring Rudy out and expose us

- Harden, Kyrie, Durant flopping getting every call. This Finals would be so awful to watch especially if they beat us. The coverage would be so awful glorifying Kyrie, Harden and KD.
