Explain this mumbling"nemember" and him completely losing concentration and what looks like him having someone telling him to say. T
I saw a person who has struggled with a speech impediment all his life (stuttering) take a moment to keep his brain from racing ahead of his mouth.

his has happened often. Before you say it's a stutter and not dementia show me pre 2016 of him stuttering. Like me, provide undeniable evidence.
Any piece of evidence can be denied.

However, I will certainly acknowledge that it's gotten worse as he ages. Some things get harder as you age, other things get softer.

Tell me this is coherent...
I understood it.

Oh... And you completely dodged the question as he just did it again a few days ago, when he continually says he will get into trouble for answering questions, who is the President of the United States, the leader of this country talking about? Who's he getting in trouble with?
Biden has a long history as a gaffe-maker. He'll get in "trouble" with the press, in the form of them emphasizing his gaffes.

Hell... I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is and I'm good for the money as I paid silesian or whomever. I'll bet Biden doesn't make it the full 4 year term. Anybody?

Show me one stutter pre 2016...

I'll wait.

Not me. He's 78, and there is a decent chance he'll die in office.

I don't confuse a person near 80 slowing down with dementia, but I can certainly recognize they aren't what they were 10 years ago.

Lol what a **** excuse. He's 78 but might die but he's obviously got no dementia at 78 even though he can't even formula concise sentences anymore.

You don't just suddenly slow down between the two videos I posted without underlying issues... You don't just lose your brain unless you are literally losing your ability to think properly.

I'm not sure if there would be video, since as I've said before, I'm sure it gets more difficult to control as you progress to old old age. However, here's a 2013 article talking about it:

He never was much for concise sentences, in my recollection.

However, I would never say he "obviously" doesn't have dementia, just that I haven't seen any evidence of it. I'm not a doctor.

We already know sufficient underlying issues: stuttering and the normal aging process. That's more than sufficient to explain the slowdown.

Sounds like dementia to me................

My father is 75 and is still sharp as a tack. My grandmother on the other hand was exactly like Biden before she went downhill.

You don't see any difference between your father at 75 and what he was at 65? Ooooookay.
