This vaccine was developed using existing **** (not from scratch) and with an insane amount of manpower by the best scientists in the world. It has proven 99.993% effective against death in the state of NJ—other states are probably right there as well.

The WSJ reported that we aren't even sure the three scientists went to the hospital, much less what their symptoms were.
You quoted the part where Shi said there was no pathogenicity.
The FactCheck article does bring up many circumstances, but still makes statements like "There still is no credible evidence that the virus came from a lab in Wuhan, China, where the pandemic began", and explains why those curcumstances don't support a lab-released virus.
