To answer to OP question - none of the current roster players are potential superstars. Bunch of role players with limited ceiling.

Derrick Favors is a potential role player with a limited ceiling?

Al Jefferson could become a #1 offensive option on a championship.
Favors has the highest ceiling but Hayward is the best bet. At this juncture I'd rank it - Hayward, Favors, Millsap, Burks, Kanter...
Burks and Kanter still have a lot to prove, obviously.
If Al could play well with anyone else ever. And if Brewer can ever become a shooter, also. The Jazz traded Deron Williams to get Derrick Favors. They're betting the current dynasty on him. He's supposed to be our Amare, Tim Duncan, etc.
The Jazz also like Al Jefferson though, probably more as a 2nd option.
If the two of them can play well together, it would be pretty potent.
Not changing anything. AK is not superstar stud - he is perfect third option on championship caliber team with two superstars. Think Lakers with Bryant and Gasol.
