Lobsters are Sentient

This is how I do it, but not so rough. Best to go straight in then rock the blade forward. This was pretty messy. Normally it isn't that messy.

I will never eat lobster again after that video. Please never show a video of a cow or chicken being killed. I am not ready to be a vegetarian.

I have done that to lobsters so it doesn't bother me. It's quick and efficient and almost never that messy. That guy didn't know what he was doing.

I'm probably picking at too many nits here, or maybe I'm just a horrible person, but why do I find this all patently ridiculous? Anyone who thought animals don't feel pain never had a pet, or never hunted, or never watched a nature documentary. Yet we still eat them. I know many people think we shouldn't, and I'm definitely not one of them. I think they should be treated humanely as possible in processing them for food, sure, but enacting the "be nice to lobsters" act seems to be overkill to me.

But like I said, I'm sure that I'm just a horrible person but I don't have a lot of sympathy for the ocean bugs on the buffet.

These are the people that have no idea where their food comes from other than the grocery store. I actually met someone that had no idea tomatoes grew on plants. He was shocked that it was a fruit.

So where did he think they came from? It wasn't just the fruit thing that confused him, was it?
