I knew that bogey was important to the jazz but i didnt realize just how important apparently.
I think of everyone on the team the jazz have the worst record in games with no bogey than anyone else.

Because shockingly, he's the only shooter on our entire team. He's the only guy on our roster who will just stand there waiting for the ball and hits the shot without hesitation.

Sure we have guys who can shoot, but they don't do it in the way that opens up the space necessary to do Rudy stuff or let Don get to the rim.

Our Front Office is terrible. What a wasted era.

Let's blow it up. It will be a hell of a lot more fun than this. Fire Quin, trade Donovan. Get tons of picks.
If that constitutes a "blow up" then I'm all for it! Coach, definitely, need somebody with some spine, I'll miss Don, but yeah it's probably best for all parties. I’d just like to keep the rest of the core cause I feel like we have some great pieces for the new regime!

Oh it's definitely on Donovan and Rudy. Many have been saying this since the covid thing. They are being forced to work together for the betterment of the franchise. Trying to win a championship. I don't think they have liked each other since that whole thing happened.

I'm biased because I like Donovan. But to me it's clear....

I think Rudy annoys the **** out of his teammates. Doesn't matter how good he is. If he's annoying, you have weird **** happen like we have had happen. Rudy is that WR that comes back to the huddle every single time and always says he's open. Or that ST on the soccer team who always demands the ball even if he's clearly covered. Just look at Rudy's quotes. Seems like every time something bad happens, the team stopped doing this or the team stopped doing that.

If Donovan had gone 1-6 from the free throw line and allowed so many 4th quarter offensive rebounds to LA last night, Donovan would have called himself out after the game. That's why I like Donovan. He tries hard and he owns up to stuff. I think Rudy's way of going about things irritates the every living **** out of the team.
Your bias is showing. To you Gobert is the only one responsible for rebounding apparently. Gobert had 16 rebounds, no one else had more than 6. And that was Juancho. Beyond that the most was 3. No one was helping rebound, which tends to be the norm for this team. For a while it looked like Royce would be the secondary rebounder, but he has dropped off as well. Tough to criticize the leagues leading rebounder who got one more than his season average for not getting enough rebounds and that caused the loss.

Pretty perfect that we got to keep the 30th pick last year but will have to give up #20 or something this year. We really jumpstarted Memphis into contention with that trade.

I'm ready to have no expectations, get more into the draft, get excited about a new team and era, etc. In hindsight it's shocking that we never really got to see this team go on a fully healthy playoff run, but it probably wouldn't have mattered. Peaking so early in Mitchell's rookie year in terms of fun, and accomplishments is wild as well. Just a terribly managed roster for half a decade. A manifesto on how to blow a contention window for a small market team.

Come on Fish… it’s Paul Bearer the manager for the undertaker back in the day… but those two have to be related right?
When I was in like first grade I was big into wrestling. Had a bunch of action figures. The Undertaker was my favorite (though I didn’t have his action figure and don’t recall that they ever even had one then). I had gone to a WWF event at the brand new Delta Center and the Undertaker was putting Hacksaw Jim Duggan in a body bag but then he woke up and hit Undertaker with a 2x4 and ended up winning.

I loved Hacksaw. WWF was the **** back in the day.

Mike blew a huge box out and we ran with Donovan, JC, Mike, Royce, and Rudy down the stretch... Royce gets blown by and Rudy steps up to help... no one cared enough to help on the backside and no one is honestly big enough. Not sure why Juan couldn't have been in there instead of JC.

Juan would have made so much more sense. Plus he was the only guy hitting spot up 3s. He is Bogey lite with rebounding and better D.

Oh I don't know. I didn't watch the game. I just threw rebounding out there as an example.

My point is his lack of humility. He rarely if ever talks about how he dropped the ball. He will complain about touches when we are on a winning streak. I just can't stand the lack of ownership with him.
