How are they going to acquiring more picks without trading Vuc/White/Ayo?

not a clue, just my read on it. I think getting Williams is going to be really tough

Off the top of my head, teams that need a center include the Hornets (#13/#15), Knicks (#11), and Wizards (#10).

Portland maybe... he doesn't seem like a fit in Toronto but maybe. If Atlanta wanted to give some draft capital and get Vuc to pair with Okongwu maybe they do Capela and a pick?

I could see White going to Denver for one of their picks this year. White for #30 (they can send Green to Chicago too).

I read Portland is likely going to bring Nurk back.

Denver is getting Murray back, Hyland looks legit, and Morris is solid. Not sure White moves the needle for them.

This actually makes sense to me. We want Williams... it really makes sense for them to put Williams in the deal. So now we make them do some work to flip Vuc and White into draft capital... because they don't make a ton of sense on our roster.

Williams, #18, the future first the own from Portland (its not great with the protections), and whatever they can get for Vuc/White... but better get something decent.

This lines up with Stein reporting that Chicago is the most likely destination if Rudy gets traded.
