Hayward is taller than Millsap

Hayward is taller than Millsap, yet Hayward is too small to play SF, and Millsap is too big to play SF.

That was an obvious mischaracterization of what people say here. I lack the energy to make the corrections, though. FWIW, I think Sap is a PF and Hayward is a SF.

I like how you dodge his challenge with another challenge. The fact remains that you either missed what people were saying about Millsap at SF or you are intentionally misinterpreting it.

I made no challenge. I just thought it was an interesting topic for discussion.

It's not.

Because no one (not one) person made any such claims as to height being the determining factor in projecting these guys' optimal position.

"Make me" sounds like a challenge to me. However I digress.

I think Millsap will see some time at SF. There are some matchups that he could handle. For example Artest of the Lakers. I just do not think he is fast enough to handle alot of SFs.

Nothing would please me more than to see Hayward excel at SG and Millsap to excel at PF.

With Favors and Burks and Kanter being new players that hopefully will warrant lots of playing time in the future, I wouldn't rule out Hayward or Millsap at SF.

Wait, I thought we were talking height here. Don't you mean he's too tall to play SF?

Okay, okay, I'll stop .. this thread is just too easy .. but I'll try to behave.

lol, I never said anything about height as you yourself have pointed out. I do not think Millsap is the answer at SF but there are matchups that having him at SF would work.

Bird was a SF, he wasn't fast, somehow it worked.

Hate to break this to you but Millsap is not Bird. As for lightening up we are having fun. Sarcastic maybe but I sense no anger in this thread.
