I agree. My point was by getting RJ (or Herro), we immediately become a much better team and strongly decrease the odds of getting a top 3-5 pick.

Tony's opinion on this trade idea kind of shocks me. Brown only has 2 years left on his contract and then he would almost certainly leave. This seems like a terrible idea for the Jazz and I would've expected Tony to quickly shoot it down.

Not a ton but there are gonna be some real REAL ******* teams who will be tanking imo. The Rox, Pistons, Magic, Spurs, and Pacers could be awful. If we don’t get Barrett we can yank with the worst of them. If we do, I think we end up with the 5th lick or so.

Possibly but losing Grant could hurt. Maybe it could help idk. But I think there’s a big gap between the bottom 6-8 teams and everyone else.

I think they are a definite playoff team in 2024 but it wouldn't shock me to see them make a push for it this year as well. I expect Cunningham to take a huge leap this year and Jaden Ivy should be a contributor right away for them.
