Gotta sag off that mofo on the three point line. Hopefully vando can hound him when he doesnt have the ball and try to deny and play passing lanes for deflections.
Bet Kessler blocks him at least once and gets dunked on at least once.

But its great that Jazz has brilliant defense outside painted area.

And once he gets dunked on, he will get benched and barely see the floor after that. Sadly. While everyone reports that Hardy is "coaching" him, instead of letting him play through and learn from his mistakes.

problem with zion is when you sag off him, you give him a runway and he knows what to do with it. i tend to agree that if vando can deny him the ball, that's your best option at slowing him down a bit. but mostly, he's going to find a way get his - gotta limit everybody else.

i tend to agree that kessler and/or markannen probably get a block or two on him at some point.

Ya i wouldnt sag way off him but also wouldnt guard him tight when he already has the ball on the three point line either. He is a tough guard but i would at least want to try to bait him into some three point attempts.

Just looked up his stats. Dang he takes less than 1 three point attempt per game. Dont think he can be baited into taking 3’s so ya i guess it would be better to guard him tight and try not to let him get a head of steam.

This one likely gets ugly unless we shoot like 50% from three. Kessler better be ready.

Its so stupid. Kornet basically jumps wherever he is straight up and it is said to make players miss. I think it is more likely to have someone out of position but whatevs.

So Kessler at the FT line guy at the three point line... shooter shoots and he jumps up knowing he won't block the shot but will covet the line of sight for a moment.
