Nah, our complete absence of interior defense is going to throw him off, like pulling a chair kind of effect. He's going to be so untouched in the paint he'll second guess if he's on the correct side of the court and then turn the ball over.

And once he gets dunked on, he will get benched and barely see the floor after that. Sadly. While everyone reports that Hardy is "coaching" him, instead of letting him play through and learn from his mistakes.

problem with zion is when you sag off him, you give him a runway and he knows what to do with it. i tend to agree that if vando can deny him the ball, that's your best option at slowing him down a bit. but mostly, he's going to find a way get his - gotta limit everybody else.

i tend to agree that kessler and/or markannen probably get a block or two on him at some point.

Ya i wouldnt sag way off him but also wouldnt guard him tight when he already has the ball on the three point line either. He is a tough guard but i would at least want to try to bait him into some three point attempts.

Just looked up his stats. Dang he takes less than 1 three point attempt per game. Dont think he can be baited into taking 3’s so ya i guess it would be better to guard him tight and try not to let him get a head of steam.
