As far as where it came from. It seems pretty likely it came from a wild animal probably through one kept in unsanitary conditions with humans around. There is a small but unlikely chance it was accidently leaked from a lab.

Those seem far less important than someone trying to scare as many people as possible away from taking this vaccine, other vaccines, and future vaccines. People like Stockton are causing scary diseases that were once eliminated back. That's a problem.

So we don't know the origin which is fine but what Stockton said is dangerous? Disagree... As far as vaccine the virus went away vaccinated or not. The virus is potentially coming back vaccine or not. Let's quit acting like the vaccine is the cure all. It's helpful in the severity but does little to stop the transmission(China is highly vaccinated). If you are vaccinated (I am) you should have nothing to worry about.

Personally I find all the drama tiresome. I'm vaccinated I'll be fine. If people don't want to get vaccinated, I'm fine. That's their choice.
 
So its obvious the updated vaccines help the majority ,but now even the most recent one, is not able to completely remove the importance of PPE. This is the unfortunate issue that needs fixed, to stop the cycle,which continues to get ignored by the general population, and is the sole reason for the variant transfers. no masks no problem right smh we are all the walking dead

Gotta love drama queens bringing up drama then claim to not want drama, lol. The virus didn't go away, I'm sure how anyone could claim that. The virus isn't coming back, it never left or even got close to that, mostly we moved on deciding to live with it. Vaccines have been one of the greatest medical accomplishments in human history. Making people afraid of them is bad for humanity in a huge way, that's not really comparable to what you are implying about origins. I don't think China is highly vaccinated especially in their vulnerable crowd. But I guess you believe China's vaccination rate so by that logic you believe where COVID started at and what's happening now in China, so I have no idea why you wanted to start drama with bringing those things up.

I think pretty much everyone feels the same way as you. Who is acting like the vaccine is the cure all? Who is saying everyone has to get vaccinated?

I think all this anti vax nonsense is exceptionally dangerous. Opportunists and bad faith actors are exploiting Covid with dangerous costs. Just look at what it’s doing to the confidence of regular vaccines that we’ve had for decades. You might be fine against Covid but what about other diseases that had been previously been eradicated because of vaccination before you were born?
