Trump's Coup Attempt

Okay, explain that one please. Cassidy Hutchinson testified under oath before the J6 committee that Trump did not grab the wheel. She also testified under oath before the J6 committee that Trump did grab the wheel. She told the story both ways and in the press admitted that she lied.

"Stefan, I'm f*****d. I just lied," Hutchinson said she told Passantino. "I lied, I lied, I lied."

So we have a witness who told two opposite stories, both under oath, and admitted to lying, yet you want to convince everyone that she did not lie under oath about this incident because apparently you know better than Cassidy Hutchinson herself. Please explain.
Such disingenuous BS! Not to mention short of common sense! Don’t you know she was listening to her Trump side lawyer, felt guilty about not being truthful, and then felt guilt ridden enough to testify truthfully later? From the link I left: “And it was after I read this(the story of Butterfield’s testimony revealing the existence of Nixon’s Oval Office taping system) I was like, if I’m going to pass the mirror test for the rest of my life, I need to try to fix some of this,” Hutchinson told the committee.”

And this strikes you as something that no human being has ever experienced at any time in the history of the human race? On the contrary, I find it totally believable. I’ve lied at times, in the course of my life, and owned up to it if it was eating me up inside.
Damn, even the quote you used of her saying that to Passantino should have given you some clue as to why she was in that state of mind.

It’s called being human.

I do believe, if you are in fact a human being, that, like virtually any other human being, you would recognize when someone is feeling guilty and wanting to tell the truth and get it off her chest so she does not have to live with the lie for the remainder of her life.

This reply of your’s is one of your silliest ever, and shows how far you are willing to stretch. Sometimes you are desperate, and you should think before showing your desperation…

You cultist the people in the actual vehicle were willing to testify she lied. There is literally zero evidence this happened besides to people like you that believe anything. This is why they didn't even pursue it.

First hand testimony is valid evidence in a court of law...

Okay, explain that one please.
Simple. Red understood (perhaps inaccurately) that SteakandEggs meant the witness lied to falsely accuse Trump, and rebutted that context for the statement, when in fact the witness initially lied to protect Trump, and later told the truth against the advice of her counsel.

Then we agree it's not a lie.
I believe the actual people in the vehicle not a person who heard it through an anonymous source. I have common sense though. She lied... She admitted it. If it was true it would have been pursued not swept under the rug.

There is absolutely no evidence that this happened outside of her lying that it didn't then saying it did even though she didn't even see it.

She lied about not hearing the rumor, and then corrected her testimony later that same day. It's nice when we agree.

So, we agree she wasn't lying.
